Custom Jewelry

Every Hand Stamped Trinkets piece is handmade from the finest materials. We stand behind our product 100% and want you to be completely happy with it. please allow up to 3 days creation time frame for your custom jewelry to ship; note that shipping is not included in that period. we would like to offer a friendly reminder that each piece is handmade and imperfections add to the charm.

It is important to us that you love your order! if it is not exactly what you expected, we are happy to return it for a different item or issue a refund within 7  days of receipt minus a 25% restocking fee. Your return must be in its original condition and undamaged. if an error occurs on our end, we will remake the piece free of charge or issue a refund. 

Exceptions: Ear, nose, and lip jewelry is non-refundable/returnable due to hygiene conditions. 

If you made an error at the time of checkout and need to change a date or year of a coin, please contact me asap, preferably within a few hours of placing the order. I try to be very efficient and have most items created and shipped with 24 hours.

In the event that a product or service or any other transaction conducted via this website is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, handstampedtrinkets.com shall have the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product or service. In the event that a product or service is mispriced, handstampedtrinkets.com may, at its absolute discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation, it being clarified that handstampedtrinkets.com shall have no further obligations towards you with respect thereto.

coupons may not be combined and may not apply to any sale items unless otherwise explicitly stated. promotional offers and discounts can not be retroactively applied.

we take visa, mastercard, amex and paypal for payment. 

a 6.5% sales tax applies to all orders shipped or billed to a Virginia address.

From the time you place your order until the time it is shipped is up to 3 business days. During holiday's such as Christmas and Mother's Day, please allow up to 7 days from the time your order is placed. 
During peak seasons, expedited shipping may not be available.

•Faster - $12 Domestic Priority mail - delivery within 2-3 business days.
•Fastest - $30 Domestic Priority Mail Express - delivery within 1-2 business days.

•Fast - $40 International first class mail - delivery within 10-24 business days.
•Faster - $50 International Priority mail - delivery within 9-13 business days.

 
These delivery times are ESTIMATES - I do my best to meet them and the delivery time frames, but can't guarantee them.  Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and if the USPS is currently experiencing any shipping delays.
