How much is shipping?

Shipping is $5 for US addresses.
I do offer upgraded shipping for speedier deliver to your door for things you need in a hurry. 

•Priority Mail is $12.00
•Priority Express is $25
•Both Flat rate no matter how many sets you purchase. 

When will my order ship?

 •Once you place your order it will ship within 1-3 business days.

How long will it take to receive my order after it ships?

•If you choose FIRST CLASS MAIL during checkout, you will receive your order within 4-7 business days (does not include any postal delays due to unforeseen circumstances that we cannot control INCLUDING COVID-19 DELAYS).

•If you choose PRIORITY MAIL shipping during checkout, you will receive your order within 2-3 business days (does not include any postal delays due to unforeseen circumstances that we cannot control INCLUDING COVID-19 DELAYS).

•We do offer quicker shipping methods during checkout.


What is your return policy?

•My #1 priority is happy customers! If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me here and we will work together on a solution that is satisfactory for both of us.


I received my order and there is an error. What do I do?

•If the error was typed/input on your end, you will have to make another purchase. Hand Stamped Trinkets cannot be held responsible for errors on the customers end.

•If the error occurred on our end, please let us know as soon as possible and we will remake and ship immediately.

Will my jewelry be perfect like store bought?

Our jewelry is handmade by a seasoned artisan which makes each piece unique in character.

What metal do you use?

Each type of metal is specified on the product description. We only use the best, high quality material!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to Canada only.

Can I personalize my order?

•Some jewelry is customizable. See each specific listing.

Where do I add my customization?

•Add any customization in the personalization area beneath the price and above the drop down menus on the product page. There is also an option to add a note during checkout.

•If personalization is missing, I will try contacting you via the email and/or phone number you input at checkout. If no response is received, your jewelry will be sent blank for personalization or refunded.

How is my jewelry packaged?

Each jewelry piece is neatly packaged and ready for gift giving. Special gift wrapping is also available.

How do I care for my  jewelry?

For longevity, please avoid exposing jewelry to moisture when possible and keep away from chemical cleaning agents such as hand soap and shampoo.
