Disappointed

I was so excited to receive my set of 2 magnetic studs. I was going to have a fun time sharing this experience with my grand daughter. We were putting them on according to direction when my grand daughter said that her stone had fell off, I was disappointed but I sad that’s ok take mine. Unbelievably shocked that one fell out too. Needless to say this monument was ruined. Your packaging was cute and receive it in a timey manner, the product was just very poor quality.
